My wife always takes hours to chop pork real fine for one of her Thai soups. We've burned up two majic bullets, four blenders, and the bulletexpress. This Ninja does an amazing job with meat. I took a really tough steak and blended it up for the test. It passed with flying colors, very even, and perfectly chopped. So far so good. It's cheap that they don't give the full recipe book with the machine, but I'll find the ones I need.
